نظرية العمل Principle of Operation 

صمام سمولينسكى لعدم الرجوع Smolensky Check Valve هو صمام عدم رجوع رافع Lift Check Valve للإغلاق المفاجئ Suddenly Closed ومزود بزنبرك Spring داخلي .

استخدام هذا الصمام يؤدي إلى زيادة الضغط في الجانب الأول Primary Side عند بدء التشغيل ، حيث يدفع السائل المطرود Discharge Fluid من المضخة الصمام ، ثم يمر عبر الصمام إلي الجانب الثاني Secondary Side .

أثناء هذا التدفق ، تعمل مظلة التجفيف Buffering Umbrella على تعزيز التدفق السلس.

في نفس الوقت الذي يتم فيه فصل مصدر الطاقة عن المضخة ، يتواصل الإنخفاض في قوة ضخ المضخة والقدرة الهيدروليكية لها ، لذا ففي نفس الوقت يقوم الزنبرك الداخلي Built-In Spring بالعمل علي إغلاق الصمام تمامًا.

لذلك ، بما أن الصمام يتم إغلاقه في اللحظة التي يتحول فيها سريان الماء في الأنبوب إلى الإتجاه العكسي Reverse Flow ، فيمنع ذلك حدوث أي مطرقة مائية Water Hammer .

Smolenski chuck valve is a suddenly closed lift type check valve with built-in spring.

The operation of this valve increases the pressure of the primary side with the start of the pump, the discharge fluid from the pump pushes up the valve body, passes through the inside of the valve and flows out to the secondary side.
During this flow, the buffering umbrella acts to promote a smooth flow.

At the same time as the power supply to the pump is cut off, the pump’s pumping force and hydraulic power continue to decrease, at the same time the built-in spring acts and the valve body is forcibly closed completely.

Therefore, since the valve body is closed at the moment when the water in the pipe turns into reverse flow, it does not prevent the back flow rapidly and no water hammer will occur.
